First-time visitors should arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete necessary documentation.
If unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to offer the time to someone else.
Appointments with Dr. Howley: Missed appointments or failing to provide 24 hours' notice results in forfeiting consultation fee. No future appointments will be booked prior to receiving additional consultation fees.
Surgical and Cosmetic Consultations: Cancellation or no-show of more than three consecutive appointments will require payment of full consultation fee prior to rescheduling.
Medicare Consultations: Cancellation or no-show will result in referral being returned to referring physician.
Nurse Injector or Laser Appointments: Missed appointments or failing to provide 24 hours' notice results in forfeiting consultation fee. Pre-existing clients subject to $50.00 fee.

Attending scheduled follow-up appointments is essential for surgical care and recovery. By consenting to surgery, patients agree to attend all scheduled post-operative appointments.
Your one-year follow-up is typically your final scheduled visit after cosmetic surgery.
All follow-up visits within the first 12 months are included in surgical costs. Appointments beyond 12 months are subject to a fee.
If more than 5-10 minutes late, we may not be able to treat you. Some late arrivals may be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Full payment for surgery is required two weeks prior to your surgery date. It is your responsibility to contact the office to make payment. Surgeries not paid on time may result in cancellation.
Payment methods: Certified cheque (payable to Dr. Brent Howley Prof Corp), direct debit, e-transfers, VISA, Mastercard, cash, and independent financing companies.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on surgical procedures, cosmetic treatments (including injectables and laser services), or skin care products.
Prior to any medical procedure or treatment, photographs will be taken for medical file documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring the highest quality of care.
Consent is obtained before photographs are taken, and patient privacy is maintained at all times.
Requests for insurance forms, off-work documentation, or third-party paperwork are subject to a $75 + HST administrative fee. Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion.
All cellphones should be set to silent in the waiting room. Loud conversations, phone alerts, or video/FaceTime calls are distracting and interfere with treatments.
We are unable to accommodate or take care of your children during your visit. Due to safety concerns, young children are not permitted in the waiting room without supervision.
Children are not to be in the treatment room. Please arrange childcare and enjoy some quality YOU time.
Pets, excluding service animals, are not permitted in our clinic.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Foul language, inappropriate behavior, or poor treatment directed at Dr. Howley or any team member will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to discontinue care and discharge patients exhibiting such conduct.
