Originally from Grande-Anse, New Brunswick, Tania Theriault brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, teaching experience, and artistic precision to her role as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. After completing her nursing studies at the Universite de Moncton, she gained invaluable experience working in both surgical and burn units, as well as serving as an educator with the U de M Faculty of Nursing.

Tania has undergone extensive training in aesthetic medicine and holds proud certification as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). Her deep knowledge and keen aesthetic eye allow her to deliver natural-looking, tailored results using cosmetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers.

Recognized for her skill and leadership, Tania is one of few nurse injectors chosen to travel across the Maritimes and train other inspiring nurse injectors, staying at the forefront of evolving techniques and sharing her expertise across the region.

Tania lives in Moncton, NB, with her husband and two girls. Outside the clinic, Tania can be found enjoying the serenity of her cottage or focusing on her golf game.

Katherine Caissie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Brunswick in Saint John and brings a wealth of experience to our team. With a strong clinical background as an operating room nurse, plastic surgery resource nurse, and previous work in dermatology, Katherine offers a unique and comprehensive perspective on surgical and non-surgical patient care.

Katherine plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic. Her calming nature, leadership behind the scenes, and deep understanding of our advanced laser devices ensure that treatments are delivered with comfort, precision, safety, and consistency. In addition to her clinical roles, Katherine is a skilled nurse injector, offering cosmetic treatments with a focus on natural, balanced results. Patients trust her not only for her technical skill, but for the warm, individualized care she provides, forming strong, supportive relationships with every person who walks through our doors.

Originally from Bathurst, New Brunswick, Katherine lives in Moncton with her husband, bonus-children, and her two dogs. When she's not in the clinic, she's a self-proclaimed foodie, obsessed with wiener dogs, and a proud Saint John Ambulance therapy dog handler—a role that speaks to her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others feel at ease, both inside and outside of the clinic.

Originally from Saint-Antoine, New Brunswick, Josee pursued her nursing education at the Universite de Moncton, where she combined her love of biology and the sciences with a deep passion for helping others. Her career path in nursing has led her to specialize in both operating room nursing and post-operative care, making her an invaluable part of our surgical team.

Josee's calm presence, patience, and deep understanding of surgical procedures help ensure that our patients feel safe and supported. She finds true fulfillment in helping patients not only heal physically but also feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Josee lives in Moncton with her husband, their two children, and their much-loved French Bulldogs.

Nicole, RN BN is originally from Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, but has spent most of her time growing up in Moncton, NB. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology at Mount Saint Vincent University, Nicole's goal was to combine her passion for biology and science with helping people to overcome their health challenges by pursuing nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2017 through the Accelerated Nursing Program with the University of New Brunswick. During nursing school, Nicole developed a strong interest in surgery and trained to become a Peri-operative Nurse.

Nicole worked for 6 years at The Moncton Hospital in a variety of surgical specialties, gaining knowledge for several illnesses and conditions, and learning how to advocate and care for patients in a peri-operative setting. She has taken this experience into her role joining the team at Dr. Howley's to provide information during consultation for clients to make informed decisions about their care, form strong interpersonal relationships with our clients, provide safe and comfortable care throughout the peri-operative experience, provide post-operative wound care and follow up, and ensure safe administration of IV sedation in minor procedures.

Nicole has seen the positive impact plastic and cosmetic surgery can have on mental and physical well-being—allowing clients to feel their best selves, regain their confidence, and live their lives to the fullest—and wishes to help each client she meets in reaching their lifestyle goals.

Outside of the clinic, Nicole lives on the outskirts of Moncton, where she enjoys the natural beauty of the area alongside her two energetic Border Collies.

Rachelle is a University of Moncton graduate with over 22 years combined experience as a registered nurse and a clinical instructor for the UdeM, Science of Nursing program. She also holds a diploma in aesthetics through the College of Medes.

Her extensive experience in mental health was driven by wanting to empower her patients to achieve emotional well-being, help cultivate positive self-perception and self-confidence. Her passion for medical aesthetics stems from the same motives and goals. She believes in the empowerment of self-care through a holistic, personalized approach and strives to make her clients feel and look their best. Her priority is to ensure her patients feel heard, feel comfortable, and are well-informed throughout their journey of beauty enhancement and self-confidence.

Rachelle is known for being exceptionally meticulous in every aspect of her work. From initial consultations to treatment execution and follow-up care, she pays close attention to every detail—ensuring safe, precise, and natural-looking results. Her patients value her thoughtful, methodical approach just as much as her warmth and empathy.

Rachelle lives in Moncton with her partner, her son, and two bonus children. Outside of the clinic, she has a passion for travel and is always ready for her next adventure with a passport in hand. She is also deeply enthusiastic about skincare, continuously expanding her knowledge and staying up to date with the latest innovations in the field.
